Due To COVID -19 Most orders are delivered within 15-45 business days!
Here is an estimate of the shipping times.
Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times and often delivery is much faster.
All items in store take 2 – 5 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate above.
Our warehouses are located around the world and our warehouses are forced to abide by those national countries shipping holidays. As such, your order may be processed, but delayed until the shipping companies resume after holiday.
While these dates are subject to change, please account for the below schedule:
- January 15th – 31st
- Nov 26th – Dec 10th
Please note: We will not refund orders placed during this time that request refunds due to this shipment delay due to the fact that the packages are processed and shipped to the carrier preparing for resuming of their services. Once your order is processed, we can’t edit, alter, or cancel your order in anyway.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out.Customers who have incorrectly entered destination information will be subject to a reshipment fee. Cinavo uses an automated ordering system through its fulfillment warehouse. Orders are promptly fulfilled. Requests to edit, alter, or cancel an order may not be made after the order has been sent to our fulfillment warehouse; our site policy has a 1 hour order modfication (or cancellation) deadline. Customers who submit an incorrect shipping address will be required to pay an additional shipping, handling, and restocking fee.
Cinavo will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and…
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Cinavo reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
